How does someone apply if they don't have any online access?​

We understand it's difficult for individuals to apply for a computer online if they don't have a computer.

This is why we have a printable copy of the application form. Please see the attached PDF application. Applicants can write on a physical copy and either mail it in:

or have their nominating organization submit a scan/photo (Apply form<Individual<Print Out Form<Name<File Upload<Submit).
