Individual Computer Application

To apply for a computer, please complete our online application linked below. Please be sure to follow the provided instructions to ensure the application is complete.

Individuals requesting a device must complete the C4P request form (www.computers4people.org/apply). Additionally, to be considered eligible, individuals must obtain a recommendation from one of our approved Non-Profit Partners. Devices provided to individuals remain in their custody for personal use.

Individual Eligibility:

  • Applicants must reside in New Jersey, New York City, or Massachusetts.

  • Applicants must be participating in program/recommended by approved C4P partner organization (C4P approved nonprofit, school, place of worship, or government assistance organization)

  • Applicants must be below 150% on the federal poverty index.

  • Applicants must have a personalized written statement explaining the need and intended use for the computer.
